Unleash your creativity and join us at The Sage of Cambridge for an evening of cocktails and canvas. Discover your inner artist with our two-hour painting experience, no skills required, everyone is welcome. Come with friends or join us solo and mingle with like-minded, creative people. The ticket will include all your paints, brushes and canvas, plus a cocktail from The Folio Bar & Kitchen’s signature cocktail menu.

Celebrate Father’s Day with a free pint of draft beer* with Sunday Roast at The Folio Bar and Kitchen. Our Sunday roast is only £35pp for 3 courses. Children under 12 years eat 50% off and children under 6 years eat free. Choose from a selection of starters from our buffet table including Pâté, soup of the day, picked vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, a selection of breads and more. Choose from a range of roasted meats for your traditional Sunday lunch or branch out with pan fried trout or mushroom nut roast. Each served with roast potatoes, black truffle honey glazed parsnips, tender stem broccoli, braised red cabbage, cauliflower gratin and a red wine jus. Satisfy your sweet cravings with one of our fine desserts, handcrafted by our pastry chef, Kim. The range includes options such as traditional apple crumble with vanilla custard, or Cointreau chocolate crème patisserie profiteroles, or winter berries and passionfruit tart. We will help celebrate all the father figures out there with a free pint of draft beer – on us. *Choose from Peroni Lager, London Pride Ale or Cornish Orchard Cider. To celebrate the start of summer, we’re creating our own ‘wish you were here’ postcards to send to a friend at our next meet up! Sketch & Social are running this event, but we are kindly hosting the event in our beautifully designed café, The Sage of Cambridge, and will have an array of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available to purchase on the night. This is the perfect opportunity to have a drink, meet new friends and get creative. Whether you’ve been before or this is your first time, anyone is welcome to join! The group is free and welcomes all drawing abilities.
For this meet up, blank postcards will be supplied to sketch on – however, you’ll need to bring along your own drawing utensils (pens, pencils, whatever takes your fancy) to use.

An evening combining your two favourite things – wine and cheese! Some combinations work better than others, so come along and find out why. Our Sommelier, Oksana, will be focussing on French wines and pairing them with different cheeses. Taste a selection of 6 wines whilst learning the history, method, notes, and flavour of each.
