Parking
The Fellows House offers a basement car park with 79 spaces available for guests, monitored by CCTV for your peace of mind. Of the 79 spaces:
- 5 spaces are reserved for Blue Badge holders.
- 13 spaces are equipped with electric vehicle (EV) chargers.
If you require a Blue Badge space or have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact reception in advance on +44 (0)1223 949499 or email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Resident rates are available at hotel reception only. Non resident and hourly charges are payable at the machine located in the lift lobby.
Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
If the car park is full on arrival, there is limited street parking available off Gilbert Road, Cambridge, CB4 3NX.
Dogs
We are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets at The Fellows House. We do, however, warmly welcome registered assistance and service dogs in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
If you are visiting with an assistance dog, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your visit runs smoothly.

Dress Code
We ask that all guests visiting our Folio Bar and Restaurant dress smart casual.
We want everyone to feel comfortable whilst maintaining the relaxed but refined atmosphere that The Fellows House is known for.
Smart casual means neat, clean clothing — we kindly ask that sportswear, athletic wear, and flip flops are not worn in these areas.
Corkage Policy
We do not permit guests to bring their own wine, champagne, or other beverages onto the premises.
Our bar and restaurant team will be happy to recommend something from our drinks menu to suit any occasion.
Celebration Cakes
Whether you are marking a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, our Pastry Chef would be delighted to create something memorable for you. Bespoke celebration cakes are available on request — simply contact us in advance and we will take care of the rest.
If you prefer to bring your own cake, please note that a knifeage fee of £5 per person applies, which covers plating and service.
Afternoon Tea — Children
We do not offer a children’s portion of our Afternoon Tea. However, younger guests are very welcome and may order from our children’s menu on the day.
