The Folio Bar team was very busy with developing a new drinks menu for this festive season! Join us at The Folio Bar to experience our celebratory cocktails. Mocktails available too.
A toast to the King Cocktail: A unique combination of ingredients with inspiration for each taken from something that can be traced back to the king and royalty. We have steeped fine earl grey tea for 24hrs in a homemade sugar syrup. This steep imparts the floral, earthy, and dry notes from the tea into the syrup. Combine this with fiery Kings Ginger Liqueur, fruity mellow port, and fresh lemon juice. The result is refreshing but dry and smooth and for the garnish, a slice of Victoria Sponge cake.
