Behind the scenes at The Fellows House: meet Kimberly, our pastry chef

Aug 15, 2022

Kimberly is our Pastry Chef de Partie. After training as a chef, she started her career ten years ago with an internship at Marriott Hotel Manila in The Philippines.

She joined The Fellows House in June 2021, just before it opened and has recently come back after a maternity break to work her magic in our kitchen. Kimberly has two children: a baby boy and a girl. Her daughter loves everything chocolate and is also partial to her mum’s banana muffin.
